Regular Employee at DDR Kijaw Grocery Store
We are looking for an employee at our Grocery store in Kijaw, Union Ubay, Bohol
We are looking for someone who is able to do the following
- Write down all items sold with the amount
- Keep an eye on stock to warn manager if supply is low
- Write down customer’s request if specific item is needed, to warn the manager
- Help restock Water/Ice Water
- Keep the area inside and immediate surrounding “front of shop” clean if needed
- Time to Time Open or Close the shop on Manager’s request
- Help with the shop’s item accounting every month or on Chairman’s request
Side requests might be done by Manager or Chairman according the needs
As for any job at DDR-Bohol or SHCC, and admirable behavior is requested for this job
Phone are only allowed on break time
Employee break time is on the schedule only
Employee can have (smoking/eating/phone call or txt) small breaks only if Manager allows it
Schedule is as followed
4h15 x 2 per day, 6days per week with 1h30 break time that can be discussed with Manager for late arrival or early departure, or for lunch according employee’s needs.
Manager or Chairman will prepare a Schedule at least 2 weeks before the employee starts, the employee has 1 week to approve it. If the employee has inconvenient schedule, they must warn the Manager as soon as possible to conform with management. This way, the employee can have an appropriate schedule for him/herself.
Manager may request the employee for overtime (paid or off-day) if the Manager warns the employee at least 3 days in advance, or only if the employee agrees on an emergency from the Manager.
Probation time is 3 month, if employee doesn’t want to keep on the job, he can leave at anytime by telling the Manager
Salary is paid every 15 days, according Philippines working laws
1st year, 3’000 pesos every 15days (15 days paid holidays)
2.5% discount on grocery items + 2’500 pesos yearly bonus
2nd year, 3’500 pesos every 15days (20 days paid holidays)
5% discount on grocery items + 5’000 pesos yearly bonus
from 5th year, 3’850 pesos every 15days (25 days paid holidays)
10% discount on grocery items + 10’000 pesos Yearly bonus
